Women's Fitness Boot Camp

Women's Fitness Boot Camps are on Monday and Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 AM.

Women's Fitness Boot Camp classes are fast-paced and fun! They are a mix of cardio and strength training with a dynamic warm up and stretch at the end, and don't forget the abs!! These classes are designed so that every participant feels comfortable, so whether you are super fit, new to fitness or somewhere in-between, you can come workout at your level. You will be motivated in a high-intensity class that will make you healthier, happier and more fit.

Melyssa Hutchinson   Your Instructor:

Melyssa Hutchinson will help you get in the best shape of your life. She is a professional Fitness Instructor and Resistance Trainer through the Nova Scotia Fitness Association and works with people of all ages and fitness levels. At Abhaya, Melyssa leads the Fit-to-Fight and Boot Camp conditioning classes. She is a constant inspiration to her students, providing the training tools and encouragement they need to achieve all their fitness goals.
