Note: Victory TKD operates out of the Abhaya MMA facility but is an independant club. Abhaya memberships are not applicable for TKD and vise versa.

TaeKwondo is a Korean martial art which is "the way of the foot and fist". This WTF TaeKwondo class combines traditional art (patterns) with modern sport (sparring). Taekowndo is great for men and women at any age or fitness level. You'll learn how to kick, get fit, increase flexibility, strength, balance, increase confidence, compete or just have fun.

Angel Kozlowski - 1st Degree Black Belt Angel is experienced in teaching, coaching, fund raising and competing at a local, provincial and national level. Angel is currently training in Brazilian JuJitsu, Kickboxing and MMA. As a well rounded Martial Artist, Angel will help you reach your Taekwondo goals.

Training Schedule:

Adults - Mondays 8pm to 9pm Fridays 7pm to 8pm

Kids - Ages 5-14 Sundays 6pm to 6:45pm
